WHAT DOES REQUIREMENTS FOR SEC REGISTRATION OF NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION MEAN?

My sister and her spouse established foundation in international country(given that they stay there 7 months every year) We also registered it below just this calendar year, We already have our SEC and BIR registration, OR(states exempt).The time period “unrelated trade, organization, or other activity” indicates any trade, organization, or oth
